Pet care instructions template (free, copy-paste)
Scattered instructions are how pets end up double-fed and meds get missed. Send every client this template with their first booking — one page, everything on it, no digging through message history.

How to use it
- Send it with the first booking confirmation — not on day one of the job. Missing vaccine records and med details get fixed while there's time.
- Keep the returned copy with the pet's profile — a photo of it next to the food bowls is even better.
- Re-confirm twice a year — foods, meds, and vets change. A 2-minute "still accurate?" text keeps you covered.
